It is constantly freezing on me & wont play my music. It took me awhile to figure out how to put music on the SD card it as I’m not that computer literate, hence why my review is a tad late. So.... this product keeps freezing up & won’t play my music... I’ve tried everything. Adjusted settings. Powered on & powered off.... etc. wasted my money!!

Very Satisfied With This MP3 Player

I have almost 4000 CD's of every genre and I was looking to put individual genre's on individual MP3 Players. As of now, I have about 30 MP3 players of varying brands, and I've found these little players from Sansa have the least problems and the best sound...better than Sony in my opinion! In fact, I've purchased a number of these players to take the place of other players that tend to freeze up. I've never, and I say never, have had a problem with these MP3 players...and I use them ALOT! They're easy to use and have many features the more expensive ones do. Right now I'm listening to an Instrumental Jazz Christmas mix that I've put on SanDisk and have it shuffling through. Crystal clear sound! It's awesome!!

Then I went and got an exchange, and the new one also did the same thing. There's a little trick where you can hold the center button and the back button for about 40 seconds to make it come back on, but it still shuts off after two songs. So I just brought it back, and bought a different player off of amazon.
