This is a great device for both kids and adults to use! Excellent sound quality~easy instructions~comfortable earbuds! Like the clip to attach to clothes! And comes in cool colors!

Wanted it to use while cutting grass because it was small and would fit in my pocket. couldn't get songs loaded on it so I returned it

Easy to use. Battery is long lasting. I like the large memory

Got this for Christmas, took a while to get any songs loaded on it. Have used it for about a month and it has frozen. Can't shut it off, can't change songs. Will just run down it's battery until it dies. VERY frustrated. Best Buy's receipt says they only give you a 15 day return period so I'm out of luck as far as they are concerned

Bought this for our daughter. The box looked new from the outside but when we brought it home, the earphones were missing from the box. Then last week it stopped functioning. You can turn it on but then it dies instantly no matter how long you charge it. Been waiting for Best Buy Customer Care Agent to help figure out what's wrong with it but nothing yet.

The product is outdated and of no use. I would not recommend it. The instructions were vague.

Positives: Good clean sound, well made, decent price, good warranty (though some places say 1 year, some say 2 years. Negatives: When inserting the microSD card, now and then it doesn't catch, sending the card flying across the room. Documentation didn't cover playlists for subfolders, but SanDisk community support page told how to do it. However, after trying for a week to get subfolders to work using playlists, I gave up, but still don't know why the subfolders didn't work. I use this with the AUX input in my car for LONG trips, so now have to put many albums in one folder so I don't have to keep fooling with it while driving. I know this has been out for a long time and probably won't ever be upgraded, but an option to automatically play subfolder files would be good. Or at least cover subfolders in SanDisk's online documentation.

This might be totally fine for listening to music, I don't know. I bought it in hopes of downloading audiobooks. It wasn't till I bought it and read through the manual that I found out it only supports Audible books, not the more common Recorded Books or Blackstone Audio. My library doesn't carry any electronic audiobooks in that format, so for me it was useless.

Trash! I loaded 10 songs on the device. Used it once after that. Now it will NOT turn on. I get to use the device one time SanDisk?!?! I like SanDisk products but this is a miss for them.

Player worked okay first time, but I could not recharge it. The unit would not acknowledge being connected to the charger. Problem is the charger as I have another player which charges fine from the same charger.

Purchased 2 of these for my 11 and 12 yr old granddaughters! Easy to use and they love them! The sound is fantastic thru the ear plugs and they are thrilled with the 18 hour battery before you have to recharge! Best musical purchase and so small and light weight! I plan on buying one now for myself! It even plays your radio stations as well!

I love this MP3 player! Crazy how most people these days would call this product “old”. But I love it. I’d much rather use this than an iPod. It’s simple, easy to use, and perfect for working out at the gym, long train rides, or flights. This handy musical device is the size of your pinky and has a little clip on the back. I’m so happy I bought it! Highly recommend.

This MP3 player has got to be the worst ever, it's supposed to keep a charge for 18 hrs and we're lucky if it keeps a charge for an hour...

I did quite a bit or research before making my purchase. I wanted an MP3 player that would work with Audible and now that I figured out how to do it, its pretty nice. The instructions online for putting Audible books on it are very vague, however. And when I thought I finally got it figured out, the sound would only play from the left ear. It took me a while to fix that problem but I figured that out eventually too. TL;DR: Instructions are terrible. Product works pretty good for audio books.

I bought this on Set.3 2021. It stopped working om Sept.28. The no return period stopped after Sept 25. Now what am I suppose to do?

What a piece of CRAP. Fully charged, audio book loaded. Play sounded like a 20 year old dragging cassette tape. Very distorted. Checked the origin source, plays fine. Does anyone make a good Mp3 player anymore ?

This worked great for the first month. After about a month and few days, it would only turn on and off. It sucks because I can't return if after 30 days. I'm not going to blame Bestbuy. Just got a faulty mp3 player.
