This is pretty good low-budget mp3 player for young ones to enjoy music. Easy to setup and use.

As advertised! Needed an inexpensive reliable player and this one is just what I needed

This unit was unexpectedly tiny, based on my expectations. I should have picked up on that from the ear buds. Other than that I have no complaints

This player unit sucks! It will play your music for about 5-6 songs then turn itself off. Then you must go through a time-consuming process to turn it back on, which results in a total reboot, so if you were watching a video, you have to start over. Best buy tells me I have to contact the manufacturer because I purchased the unit, and the return policy has expired. The manufacture will tell you to update the unit's firmware, which result in total and absolute unit failure, to the point of not even being able to power the unit on. Then they will tell you, several time to send the unit back so they can replace it with one that has the exact same problem.

This is a great little player!I use it almost 5 days a week working. Had it for 2 yrs buying another one today.

Works great ,sounds perfect with BEATS ear plugs, easy to use ,just follow the setup directions.

Item is smaller than what I expected, but overall good sound and memory for media.

Decent product for the price, but the radio part didn't work very well.

You get what you pay for. Because the SanDisk Clip Jam is made in China, it is inexpensive (cheap) to buy. After less than six months, my SanDisk Clip Jam no longer functions as it should. Because I have not used it very much it is less than half full of music, but I can no longer load more music to it. Any of the three separate PCs I've tried does not read the device. Because I knew when I purchased it I wouldn't be using the device regularly, I wrongly assumed the SanDisk Clip Jam would last longer than one year (so far, less than 10 uses) and I did not keep the receipt. SanDisk will warranty the product for up to one year WITH Valid proof of purchase. So basically, I'm out $30+. My fault I didn't keep the receipt. Their fault they manufacture a cheap product. My fault I didn't spend more on a quality device made in the US.

This product is crap! It changes languages on its own and half the time doesn’t even want to power up.

Too new yet to review. Was complicated finding out how to download songs.

Volume control is "Normal" or "High." High is way too low unless you're home alone; forget using it outside. Websites proffer fixes, such as changing region to not-EU: that no longer works; controls are the same. Or changing to Rockbox firmware: nope; no longer works on this simple device. Sadly because of volume limit, this product is worthless.

Not to happy with it my sd card could not be read only a few songs

The computer we purchased for our grandson was perfect. He loves it and that makes us very happy. Staff was very helpful. Thank again

The last one of these I had lasted me almost eight years. This one broke within a month and the return period is a miserly FIFTEEN DAYS. I will get a replacement elsewhere. Congrats on losing a customer.

I had problems with this mp3 player sometimes when I put my music on it from the computer it appears on computer but when I unplug it some of the music doesn't appear also sometimes when I put some music by the same artist onto to the MP3 player while it's plugged in the computer it appears wright but when I unplug it it has the same artist twice and the songs by them appear in both

Compact, good sound, inexpensive, and it works for me.

No problems, works good. Two other members of my family have also purchased one.

This product has been a tad disappointing-I add songs and then they are gone the next day. The radio is quite nice, however, so I use the radio. I had 100 songs loaded and the next day, there was nothing. Now, honestly, I am a 64 year old retired English teacher, so I am not faulting the product- I am sure I am the problem....at least I can listen to the radio as I fall asleep.
