Don’t waste your money

Audiobook, Podcast, FM Radio modes are all muffled sounding and cannot be changed. Nowhere near the good sound quality of the previous Sansa Clip+ model.

Online instruction manual poorly written. Drop and drag to load music does NOT work with Windows 10. It's $30 because its cheap. SanDisk is better than this. Deserves NO stars.

It stopped playing music and wouldn't charge. Replaced through exchange at the BestBuy store with another new Sandisk Clip Jam that same day. We fully charged it and got about 4 hours of fun out of it , again the Sandisk Clip Jam all of a sudden quit working and didn't respond to any charge at all. How disappointing and what an $30 insult..good to know that the Sandisk Clip Jam is an expensive piece of crap..we're glad we still have 2 older Sandisk mp3 players..although ancient..they work great..just the batteries don't hold a charge for to long.

Epic piece of junk

Cannot wait to return it to the store. It is cheaply made, sounded poor when it was working, and is an example of getting what you paid for.

Dead after 6 months

She rides a bike and does some machines. Nothing that the jam should be sensitive to. Should it have lasted longer? I would have thought so.
