The initial set-up (Books, Podcasts, Music, Radio, etc.) is easy to use and allows an intuitive set of categories in which to store different audio files. Having used earlier iterations of this product, I was also quite happy to discover that I did not need to purchase the optional sim-card in order to have sufficient storage space for the files I was using.

We needed for them to be simple to use and to have switches instead of touch screens because the users were wearing gloves because of cold temperatures. They worked great even when some of the days the temperature was 3 degrees below zero and these guys just kept on chugging
