Unfortunately after about 3 months of steady use, when books are downloaded they are out of order. I have had to returned many of these in the past couple of years.

I don't recall seeing the actual size when I bought it. I thought it was going to be the size of a small phone but it is smaller than an iPod!

This item was perfect with the 8G size, perfect for their needs. The device is a little small though so a little difficult to navigate for them, easy for me. So far they like it though, just not sure how often they actually use it when I'm not around.

The buttons are sensitive enough that they can be pushed when in my pocket or back pack. Other than that it is great.
