    My son needed an MP3 player for a long school trip where he could not bring his phone. Enter the need for a an mp3 player. Obviously MP3 players are dinosaurs in the days of phones, but it is nice to find a good cheap one that works well. Most mp3 players priced in this range are junk that stop working immediately. This one won't win any awards for build quality, but it works, and works well. It did the job.
