Won't stand behind warranty

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While the MP3 does the job, if the clip breaks or charging cord quits, San Disk will NOT stand behind the "2 year labor & parts" warranty - it is annoying to have purchased this in November and in June when the cord quits charging the unit (the only way to charge/sync unit) neither Best Buy or San Disk will cover the cord. Disappointing!
