When it works, the sound quality is good, and the wired headphones are comfortable. The problem is, at least twice per week, after securing on the charger overnight, it doesn’t even turn on. I would also caution that ‘shuffle’ mode, tends to play the same songs. I only have 50-60 songs on it right now, and I have heard maybe 15 songs repetitively in my month of walking 6 days per week. To make matters worse, as one would guess with a less than average product, Best Buy’s policy no longer allows me to return it; time was up one week ago. The whole experience is disheartening. One should not have to pay extra for a service plan on a $60 item. The product should work seamlessly longer than one month. I will not purchase this brand moving forward.

After about six months a full charge would last a few days. Then only one day and now it won't charge at all. Bought in 08/19 and is dead by 06/20. Have had several of these in the past and think it is time to switch to something else. Also, the ear buds quit working after about two months which i hear i normal for these players.
