The only way we have been able to get it to 'unfreeze' is to let the battery run out, plug it in, and then it kind of reboots itself I guess. He really can't use it because it continuously freezes. We are going to try to return it.

The first one last a couple of years with occasional use. The second one last less than a month. It died the day after I was unable to return it for warranty.

We had to go to the manufacturer's website and Youtube to finally get music on there. The features makes this a horrible buy. Spend the money on a higher end, more user friendly product.
