Unintended results when not expected.

If pressure applied to the buttons, it starts the next song. If the select button is pressed unintendedly the song playing starts over. Frustrating.

Stopped working after 20 minutes

The headphones started to malfunction 8/2- only one works - and the entire unit just died yesterday. Best Buy only supports any kind of exchange or money back if you buy the additional warranty - $10 on a $30 product. It's up to you to hash things out with the manufacturer.
