the first unit I got died after playing one song (on a full charge). After returning it to BestBuy (and getting charged an extra $5 since it was not longer on sale) the new unit lasted on average 30 minutes on a full charger a far cry from the stated 10 hours! The navigation is clunky and my wife (who is the main user) has difficulty using it. Construction is cheap plastic but that's to be expected for the price. I do like the features and sound quality though and wish they made a better unit even if it does cost more. I would rather pay more money for a similar unit more money if it had good battery life and decent construction than get an ipod (don't want to use iTunes or deal with DDR, this until supports all audio formats including flac, not limited like apple's products), I also like the expansion slot and already upgraded the memory to 8GB with a mini SD card already had. The ipos shuffle by commissioner is limited to 2GB with no expansion capabilities and no screen.

Took it on motorcycle to Sturgis, worked just fine.

The SanDisk MP3 player is great, the buttons are a little small but it works great, has a good file system and has sn ezpandable MicroSD card slot for more memory options.

Bought this for my 10 year old. Likes it was small and clip included so she could attach easily to her clothes. The screen is good size and colorful, shows artist and song playing. Nice purchase for the intended audience.

This is my 3rd SanDisc player. Small size and easy operation is perfect. I use it primarily to listen to audiobooks while working and it will hold several books at one time, free from my library.

Very easy to use this was gift to my girlfriend. This was her first MP-3 player she owned. I didn't have a hard time teaching her how to use and put music on the MP-3. she not very good with this kind of stuff. so if you are a beginner or went to gift this to someone that not update to the new tech stuff this be the player for them. She thinking about getting one for her mother which she about 65 years old. The screen is very small so if you have bad sight or not the best sight this may be hard to see the screen. other then that it very good MP-3. I would buy one of these if i need to replace mine.

It is a really good mp3 player for the money. It has very clear sound and holds a lot of music.

Down through the years, I have owned a SanDisk Clip In every edition. I subscribe to Audible.com, and for many years, SanDisk Clip has been the only mp3 player that plays Audible audio books, besides the more expensive Apple products. When I work in my yard, I sweat. I have ruined a Sansa Clip+, and a Sansa Zip Clip, by getting them wet. The new Clip Sport moved the on/off button to take care of the problem. It works great! And the battery lasts a lot longer than the older models. At this time, I have purchased 2 of the Clip Sport mp3 players. My wife listens to audio stories while she works, also. This mp3 player is well worth the money!

Although this is still a good, usable product, I have had problems with this right out of the gate. I did not purchase insurance this time because I had such a wonderful experience with the last version. It lasted a few years. Reason why I jumped when I saw it again. Maybe I just got a "dud". (Unfortunately, with BB, if you don't get the insurance - even for an obviously flawed product, you are out of luck when trying to get any kind of customer service.)
