The new version of MP3 player is great. It works as I expected and according to the advertisement. I used it flying over seas. Headphones are also very good: outside noise was dramatically reduced.

Bought this to use for my Harley is nice for long rides

This was given as a gift to someone who requested it specifically. It appears to be adequate as a music player for those who do not buy music from iTunes.

I purchased a Sandisk music player more than 10 years ago, and used it all the time. I liked it, but the storage capacity was outdated. So, I bought this one to replace it. I like this new one, too.

Decent MP3 player, with FM radio. No issues with it.

I have a similar product for myself, so we got this one for my daughter. She has been a little rough on portable electronics in the past so we wanted something durable. It is easy to use. With the bright color is hard for her to lose. And is is quite durable. Definite recommend.

This works good, but when I'm listening to the radio while mowing the lawn, it's easy to accidentally change the channel slightly (when clipped to my pants pocket) so you don't get good reception.

I was able to download many different file types such as mp3, mp4, wmp with ease. The lag time between screen changes( eg: from menu to menu) was a bit longer than I anticipated. Overall good mpe for the price.

I purchased one, it just froze after 2nd day. Went to store and thought I would try another one...now the second one just cuts off in middle of song and can takes forever to try to get a recharge. I like concept of this gadget, but not worth it. I will not worry about exchanging this one. I will just trash it, too far to travel.

The player does facilitate playlists but trying to set them up is much harder than doing it on the windows media player. It can be done but you must have above average computer skills to do it.

This MP3 player was just the right price for what I needed it to do, easy to download songs & convenient sized. Would’ve liked more color selection but that’s not a big deal, I’d recommend it to anyone who needs to take their music on the go but not use their phone to listen to it.

I had purchased the less expensive 4 gb Sport Clip that holds approximately 2000 songs, strictly for use in my new car, which has a USB port to play "my music". I had cassettes and CD's forever and was disappointed that cars are no longer being built with CD players. VERY happy with the SanDisk Sport Clip. I filled it up quicker that I thought so I figured it'd take a lot longer to add the second 2000 songs, which the 8 gb SanDisk Sport Plus would hold. The problem I encountered, was that almost every time I turned my car off, the USB connection to the "Plus" would be lost. I'd then have to turn the "Plus" off and on several times for the connection to be made, and I could then listen to my music. This never happened with 4 gb model. I start my car, my music would start. I returned the first 8 gb model and exchanged it for a second one, thinking the "port" connection was loose/defective. Nope. Same thing on the second one I purchased. I contacted customer support at SanDisk, and while they were prompt and courteous in addressing my complaint/query, they either did not understand what my problem was, or couldn't answer it. They stated that "of course when I turn my car off, the connection is lost". Never addressed the fact that the less expensive (by $10.00) model never had this problem, and the problem was when I would START my car. I bought a second SanDisk Sport 4 gb model and put A-M on one and N-Z on the other. It was too late for me to return the 8 gb "Plus" so it sits idle. SanDisk customer service never did answer my last query, which was if they knew that the two models had different connection protocol. DV

I actually purchased this as a gift for a friend. Most folks think the Apple Nanos and other pods are cool, but I have always like the the San Disk products because of their good pricing and very high quality. My friend reports that he loves it!

Bought on sale for Christmas present for son. Have had these before and they tend to break after a year or two, but still a huge savings over ipod.

If you are in need of an mp3 player and you are looking to save some money, I would highly recommend this because it's small enough to bring with you anywhere and it even comes with some headphones!!

This is a great MP3 player. You can get an app that allows you to download songs off of YouTube and put it on the player. The 8 gig holds more than enough songs for my daily commute and at the gym. Also the battery lasts for many days on a charge. Very happy wit the purchase.

This unit have great sound but does not hold charge for long.

Fairly easy to setup and use, reasonably long battery life and great functionality. Only thing that keeps it from five stars is the headphones are not the greatest quality.

nice little gadget to tuck away in your pocket... yet provides hours of music... can be plugged in car jack for driving listening...
