Poor Command menu and controls

Another positive is it small and lightweight form factor. On the negative side however, the unit has a very poorly thought-out software command menu that makes it awkward and slow to navigate. I had bought this as a gift for a senior citizen was not able to successfully navigate the menu even after several show me sessions. We ended up leaving the system set to strictly play music and Consolidated the music as a way of simplifying its use. Just fine for a technology-savvy person but not for technology-challenged person.

Worse than previous Sansa
