I bought this to replace my old Sansa MP3. After I received I found out it doesn't support my music program Rhapsody. I would not have purchased it if I knew that.

It turns off frequently I always have to reset it. While listening to my songs it would shut off. I'm waiting for the next song I look at it and it is off, have to hold the power button 9 - 10 sec to reset.

This device is for a friend, I messed with it for a while, so I can show him later how to use it. Its perfect for him, I love the exandable memory option, in a way beats the guts out of the iPod Shuffle (Screen & exandable memory, not sure about audio quality). Audio quality is just awesome, heck its even better than what my phone can do. This exceeded my expectations, and would recommend this product. Battery life is good, so glad I picked this over the Shuffle.

Thought it might work as an inexpensive replacement for an I pod but was difficult to use with I tunes and plastic did not seem it would hold up for daily use running.

Had been thinking about an mp3 player for some time. Couldn't make my mind up on just what I wanted. Didn't want to spend too much yet wanted something that I could use for audiobooks and some favorite music. Looked at Best Buy as I can usually count on the reviews that are submitted by their purchasers. This one got high marks! I also like the benefit of a microSD slot for more memory and since it was a SanDisk mp3 player, I chose SanDisk for the card as well. Great purchase. I am really amazed at the sound quality. Totally happy!

Bought this for my sister. She really love th as t she could put all her music on it. She glad that she can use it in the car & house.

I followed the instructions from the online manual. I could not find how to download a book to audiobook or the other audio format. The book downloaded to music and I could not her more the one CD of the book. I tried to get back to the main menu and it wasn't there. I have not been able to go from one preset radio station to the other (I have preset only two). When I try to charge the unit, the radio comes on. I can't charge without playing the FM. I had a Sandisk e-260 before,

This is just an ok item. I only purchased this when I couldn't put certain books on my iPod to listen to. The sound quality isn't the greatest despite my great ear buds.

Volume Is way to low. If you're mowing grass or any other sound out side. you cannot hear the music.

The second time I used the MP3, the screen was nothing but scrambled symbols. The second time. I tried unsuccessfully to use it again over the next few days - same problem. Also, for some reason Best Buy won't let me return this by mail. Now I have to drive 30 miles to go to the store in person. It's been less than 30 days, although I could have returned this within the first few days. But I have a life beyond returning junk items to BB.

I'm sure it was something I did wrong but I couldn't get it to download my music. Tried for about 3 hours and gave up.

Bought this for my 7yr old son for xmas and it is wonderful. It was easy to upload the music, easy for him to use, sounds great. I couldn't see spending more on a kid but honestly I wish I would have bought this for myself instead of an ipod. The only issue I have is the ear buds are even too large for me (even the smallest 1s fall off).

Buttons stopped working shortly after purchased would not turn off or on

iTunes does not download--went to Amazon--still could not download even after downloading their software

The player is lightweight and easy to set up. Sound quality is great although I'll likely replace the headphones for an over the ear variety soon. 8GB is a decent size player and it reads my 32GB card just fine. Time to really load it up! The buttons are a little too easy to bump, and (seeing there's no player lock option) the track will advance or restart depending on which way you hit it. Also, the clip is not particularly stable during my workouts. The biggest initial problem (and I almost returned it before I checked the SanDisk site) was that the initial firmware forgot little things like reading mp3 file encoding that includes track numbers and instead either forced one to listen on shuffle or tracks in alphabetical order. Thankfully, this was easy to fix by downloading and installing the update at SanDisk's product page.

It is incompatable with some of the downloaded music from my HP Pavilion

Just not up to the job of delivering high quality audio while exercising.

This product is not user friendly. There much better products in the price range.

and I ran like a turtle. 6 hrs and did not fail. Better for running with than bulky cellphone - much lighter, compact and clips on clothing. Player is little but screen is clear to read and maneuver. Use good headphones (I use Bose) for best sounds. Great for workouts and trail running. Expansion microsd slot capable to store over 1000 songs. Playlist makes it easier to choose quickly songs you want to hear. Great price too. Love it and highly recommend.

Like I said. You get what you pay for. Not a terrible product but nothing special.
