My last Sandisk clip lasted over 2 years, even after being dropped in the water once, but the buttons have finally given out on it. Even so, I feel I got my money's worth ($40 for 2 yrs isn't bad in my book) and purchased the Clip Sport. I use it to listen to audiobooks and music, and find it easy to transfer everything, easy to play. If it lasts me another 2 years, I will be happy!

I got the item back in September. I did love it at first but now not even 3 month later the player won't turn off and the song I have playing is not the song that is listed. I tried to a rep but she was not help with my issue with this product. I will never get anything like this again.

I bought this player for my 5 year old god son for a Christmas, I was going to fill it up with music for him. I got over 1400 songs on it. There isn't to many buttons that he can't maneuver around the menus to play the music himself. Battery life is good and sound is good for a $40 player. Adding files was an easy drag and copy. I was worried that files bought on Itunes wouldn't work on it since they aren't "Mp3 files" but they did work. No need to buy an expensive Mp3 player this one does everything its suppose to do, play music.

It looked like this was going to meet my needs, but as soon as we got it out of the packaging we discovered that the screen had been shattered. The item is extremely light weight and I have to wonder, given our experience, at the durability of the item.

Internal and external memory are separated. You have to navigate between them to hear all your songs. External storage is limited to 2000 songs no matter what size your SD card is. Compete waste, I ended up ordering a new clip zip to immediately replace this piece of poo.

I am sorry to give low rating to this product, however, I bought this as a gift for someone, and then learned that the item is malfunctioning; it freezes frequently; may be the one I picked up has this issue only, and shouldn't had left the factory.

I feel that I needed better instructions to use my mp player . I found it hard to even figure out the basics. I also could have used some instructions on how to get a cd onto my MP3. I am a novice to many parts of these insteuments

My daughter loves this. Music was taking up too much memory on her smartphone. With 8GB of storage, she'll be able to enjoy all her favorite songs and then some! She said it is very easy to use, loves that it is so small, and has a clip so it never gets lost. The touch of color is really nice too.

Although it was on clearance, I expected it to work. Unfortunately, in spite of following the direction, this MP3 didn't work. couldn't even get it to connect to my computer.

I bought this for my 9 year old son, I have used Sansa/SanDisc products before and had good luck with them. It is simple enough that he can use it without too much explanation, it has more than enough memory to hold all of his favorite music, small enough that he can carry it around with him easily (which he does, often) and the battery life is surprisingly long. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the casing is a bit cheaper plastic than ones I had gotten in the past. Not a deal breaker at all, but I was a little surprised by that. Overall, I think it's a great little player and he'll get lots of use from it.

This is the second one I have bought. The 1st lasted only a year and this one got very poor reception. I returned it and bought a Sony Walkman which gets Great reception.

Wow! This is the coolest mp3 player! Seriously it works great and actually stays clipped to you. It also has a built in radio!!

Would not charge w/USB. Went to store they gave me AC/USB. charged it and loaded 10 music CD's. Two weeks later cannot get product to turn on. Very upset.

returned it within a week...too difficult to use...buttons did not respond and trying to put music it was time consuming and didn't work properly.

Reaction to button push has a lag of 5 -10 seconds so you push again and eventually reverse your intent 20 seconds later. What a piece of JUNK!

This was supposed to work with an iMac (OS10.9.4), but it didn't. I bought an iPod and returned the Clip Sport as soon as we returned from Italy.

Unfortunately, this item needed to be returned. It just stopped working after just a few uses. It was also difficult to set up.

I accidentally clicked on a language I do not read or speak and I have been unable to restore it to factory settings.

I had to take this item back because it did not take my slot radio cards. I wish you carried the Sansa Clip..

I could not get it to work. The buttons were very small, and the music screen didn't appear.
