Operational for less than one week, then would not on. Would not recommend this product.

I liked the size but i couldn't get it to let me download songs. IT was very frustrating.

Kept shutting off , not a great purchase I would not recommend this product

It was on clearance, but couldn't get music to transfer. Returned it.

This mp3 player works great. I had a Sony walkman player that broke and was looking for an affordable replacement. This SanDisk player did the trick. I especially like that it is small and has a clip.

I actually didn't like this gadget very much . Not up to standard

Needed an inexpensive MP3. Lasted 6 hours, can't get it to play.

I can't get the device to activate so I am unable to use it.

I purchased this MP3 Player to use on my daily workouts. I was impressed with the ease and speed with which I was able to get it up and running. I am not a technology geek. It has worked fine until today. The Earphones/buds are totally useless. The sound was very low quality when they were working and now one week later I can't hear a thing with them. I borrowed a set of earphones from my son and they work and sound great. I would still recommend this product, but be prepared to purchase a better quality earbud with it.

I returned the Sandisk - Clip Sport 8gb* Mp3 Player.

This is a very good mp3 player that gets the job done. It's easy to use, has a good amount of options (sound, radio, etc.), a long lasting battery, and a lot of memory. The only negative thing about it is creating playlists. The playlists have to be saved as a certain file type, so making/editing them takes a lil work, but it doesnt outweigh all the pros. I would highly recommend this player.

I use my MP3 when I exercise and I've taken at the very least three hard falls while rollerblading with it. The last time I fell, I tripped over a garden hose and scraped both arms and elbows. The MP3 was in my pocket which had taken the brunt of the impact to my hip. The screen cracked and now the screen is blacked out in the corner but the amazing thing is that it is still playing music just as well as before. The MP3 has a few minor glitches. A few times before, the power button stopped working and I either have to hold it for 30 seconds or plug it in to charge. It hasn't done that recently so I'll chalk it up to the MP3 I got rather than as a design flaw. If you want this MP3 for the radio, it might be a good idea to look elsewhere. For certain stations, the sound fades and crackles depending on where you are and what position you are in. Other than that, it's a really nice MP3 player for the casual listener. It is surprisingly sturdy, easy to program, and has a decent battery life. I charge mine once every month since I don't use it often.

Excellent! I LOVE it!! I got this mp3 player for my birthday last year (2016). And it's great. 8gb is just right. It's not supposed to be water-proof, but it went through the washer and its just fine. And I accidentally dropped it 10-14 ft. and it was fine. And the clip is fabulous. The earbuds have superior sound!! The plastic is super strong and durable. Absolutely the BEST mp3 player ever!!!

Ok we have purchased a few of these and this time I bought 2 one for me and one for my wife. The only knock I have on them is the clip usually ends up breaking after a period of time even with care. They are great little MP3 players that hold a lot of music and listen to the radio with. Perfect for trips and for working out, I really love them. I prefer them for music over any apple product for sure since it is just drag and drop for your music. These will support MP4 as well.

It plays plain old MP3 files reasonably well. The UI could be better. It tries to do a lot of things with a very few number of buttons. My main beef is that it's advertised as supporting FLAC, but only up to 16 bits. The big benefit of FLAC over other formats is 24 bit support, which is not available in this device. Also WMA support is only for lossy compressed WMA files, not lossless-WMA. Since those are the two formats that I use almost exclusively, this device isn't very helpful to me. I like the really light weight and big clip. I got this after reading reviews that it had great sound quality for the price, and wow! I was not disappointed. I love this little thing. If you're an audiophile and you're poor like me, this is where it's at! I immediately uploaded FLAC files onto this thing and they sound fantastic! Totally worth it, and then some!

We bought the previous generation of this same player when my oldest son turned 11. It was perfect for him, so we bought this one for my second son when he turned the same age. He was so excited to have his own MP3 player. He loves being able to listen to his own music. The FM tuner is also a big plus. Both of them record songs they like from the tuner so they can play them later.
