Considering its cheaper with more memory, it also has a screen, fm radio, and a slot for an sd card which the shuffle does not. Im very glad Apple had shipping problems which turned me on to this MP3 player.

Looked up manual online and was up and running very quickly. I did not want to spend a lot of time to learn how to use this device. This works very well and I was surprised at the clarity of the fm radio.

If you are looking for a perfect, easy MP3 player than I would recommended this product, it is easy to download music to and it is light weight, clips on you your shirt and it works great.

This is the second San Disk player I have owned, left the other on a plane and find this one easier to use than the previous model and yet has all the other excellent qualities.

I was in need of an MP3 player for my get in shape (other than round) walks. Being familiar with the brand I thought I would give it a try. Great little unit, plays MP3s, Does what I want it to do. Recommend

These MP3 players are simple, realiable and easy to use. Read the instructions to make your own playlists - it is simple but you have to put it in the right directory. My 8 year old uses it all the time and has not broken it despite his best efforts- so I would describe it as very durable.

I was looking for something to, inexpensively, replace my unusable iPod, so I opted for the SanDisk. The interface is easy to learn. Loading music is straightforward, although you need to be sure to put music in the Music folder so that you can sort by artist and album. Be sure to eject the device properly before unplugging it from the computer. I committed this sin one too many times and it crashed. I will buy another one and treat it better.

bought this for my wife for mothers day. she loves it. the sd card slot is great , enables us to separate her music from mine ,I have an older model and found that I can use the same sd card on both units..

I bought this as a cheap way to listen to tunes and try while riding my dirt bike out on the trails. I'd probably destroy my phone before kicking the bike over. I just clip it to my pack and have some cheap flat speakers in my helmet and it rocks! Perfect no frills mp3 player. *No bluetooth* Screen is big enough to know what is going on, pause botton could be pushed with gloves on, and it can hold a charge for a long time. Battery lasted four days camping, riding close to a hundred miles each day. Think it died on the fourth day. So close to 25 hours. Been using it over two years and it still takes the abuse when I wreck. And I wreck a lot...

We purchased this player for both my mother and mother in law. Neither of them have the best track record with electronics but both were able to use this player with ease after only a few tutorials.

This little bugger has everything. FM Radio, AudioBooks, Folders for playlists and more. Volume is nice and comes with earphones and built in belt clip. Great deal!

I've been through quite a few MP3 players in the past couple years. They either just stop functioning, pause when you sweat on them, or just sound terrible. SanDisk was the logical choice after my girlfriend got one and raved about it-and she hates MP3 players. Charges quick and holds its charge for a long time.

Easy to download Audible and MP3 formatted audiobooks. Would give it 5 stars except I experience it shifting to next part with just a slight extra bump.

Love my mp3 player. My new car didn't have a cd player, and I use the mp3 player in it's place. So much easier and don't have to take out disks and replace with another. Just a couple of touches on the screen to switch between songs and albums.

I couldn't go to the gym without it. It is so small and just clips on my clothing. I can exercise freely without bulky equipment strapped to my arm. Holds lots of songs and sounds great.

I use my player exclusively for listening to books. I have owned 3 or so Sandisk clips, and clip +. Both the sport and clip work well for working out at the gym, walking or just working around home. They are great for listening in the car via an mp3 plug. The clip function on both the sport and clip is great. The clip has a better menu functionality for books. The Sport appears to have good and perhaps better function for music. They both bookmark well and are relatively inexpensive ways to listen to books or music without putting my phone at risk.

I previously had a Sandisk 4MB Clip player which was great until it gave up. This one's even better with twice the capacity plus the slot to allow for additional memory using a Micro SD Card.

I purchased this product as a Father's Day gift and loved it so much I bought one for myself too! It's easy to use, has a ton of storage capacity, and the clip is great!

My younger sister needed an MP3 player. We went to the local Best Buy and after much debate, she selected this MP3 player. She is so happy with the purchase! It easily clips on her shirt, or fits in her pocket. She is pleased with the internal battery life, as her previous MP3 player went through batteries rather quickly. She is also a big fan of the expansion slot so she can add even more music. Overall, she has not had one complaint about the MP3 player.
