I do like the product but it was difficult to load due to less than good directions.

Make sure you read the instructions or you can end up trying to translate Arabic. But once you figure out how to properly operate it, it's a great little unit.

After using an ipod shuffle, I switched to this. I replaced the earphones with a different pair that doesn't fall out of my ears every few minutes (not a big deal). I also noticed that I can't use it for jogs or running since it falls off right away. Works fine for walks and the sound is okay.

I bought this looking for something to use while working. While it did have decent features and the ability to upgrade storage, it was very cheaply built. I returned this and am going to get an ipod.

it's an ok product. Occasionally it pauses without being touched. I purchased this because it holds a charge for 25 hours and has a FM radio.

I had the smaller version of this MP3 player and they were the right size but I decided to get the bigger size and was glad I did. It is a little bigger but not much and it works great on my motorcycle. Easy to download and holds a lot of songs.

My sales associate was so helpful. Though she tried to steer me to fancier models, she was very informed and knowledgeable about everything I was asking!

I bought this same model a couple years back and wanted one to leave at work and one for home. So bought this newer one and it has a few more features in set up and while nothing wrong with the earlier model, this one is even better. Love to download PBS talk shows on it to listen at my leisure.

In my life I have used at least ten different brands of mp3-players, including iPod (the biggest disappointment and regret ever). This one is the best. Here is why: 1. It works perfectly with LInux. Thank you SanDisk for supoorting open standards and protocols! 2. It supports FLAC and OGG which are much better than mp3. 3. It has microSD slot for additional memory. 4. It has very simple and useful menu. 5. It looks sturdy and durable. 6. Easy to use. 7. Small and light. 8. Has a clip. 9. Very good price. 10. Very good battery. 11. Easy-to-use keys block function. 12. It is beautiful.

These days if you want storage you need to buy overpriced I-Somethings that do more than you really need them to. The alternative is a nice little player that has expandable memory. I combined this with a 32gb card and my son is happy...
