No SD card slot is annoying and means NO expandable memory. The battery doesn't last particularly long and since the headphones act as the antenna, Bluetooth speakers can't be used to listen to the radio with buying additional add-ons.

The keys are clunky and have to be held down for longer and you must wait longer for results. The flaps covering headphone and USB connections are flimsy and one broke off within a few days. I have not been able to pair it with my blue tooth headphones. And, I don't know why there were some podcasts and music already loaded on it. When I tried to get answers from SanDisk I was redirected to another site. I then was redirected back to SanDisk by that site --an endless loop.

He was so happy to get a music player he can have with him where ever he goes. It's simple syncing it to the computer to upload new music. He's very happy with this gift and so am I!
