    All plastic, keypad not always responsive, screen contrast poor - can only see screen in low light conditions, NO support from Sandisk. Overall, disappointing at best.

    Got this product as a gift to my wife, took me seconds to upload her fav songs but audio quality is not good and the headphones that come with it are made of poor quality.

    The San Disk mp3 player is still working, however it must be recharged often and often wastes time refreshing data when it is turned on - even if the data has not been updated.

    Good device, not great. Does exactly what they say it should. Bluetooth is hit or miss, it works with some devices, it doesn't with others. It works with none of our automobiles bluetooth wise.
