Too Difficult to load

I created the m3u lists just like the website stated for the mp3 player. It would not work. It took one of the playlists but not the others. Without the playlists, the mp3 player was useless to my 8 year old who doesn't know all of the artists names and would not know all of the exact names of the songs to sort by song name. I returned this to the store and bought him an apple iPod Nano. He absolutely loves the Nano!
