The reason you have Blue Tooth is so you do not have to deal with wires. We plan to return to Best Buy or manufacturer. It appears that we received a faulty MP3 player or a "lemon".

Bought it to use on my Goldwing and run it through the stereo system, wouldn't work! Used a Zen the same way on my old gold-wing and worked perfectly. I have since lost that one so this was to replace it. I have since bought an apple to use.
