Works just fine but there were no directions or were limited.

I bought this MP3 player specifically for downloading books,not music. I checked with the Sandisk web site and talked to Best Buy folks all who said downloading books from the library would work. It does NOT work! Downloaded books are placed under FOLDERS not BOOKS and even if I force them over by dragging them from Folders to Books, they do none of the things in the manual pause and come back to where you left off in the book, no bookmarking the spot. When you leave the book and go to Music or radio and then back to the book you have to start at the beginning of the book. No .position file is established under Folders/Root as stated in the manual. I did go to the store when I first got it as a Christmas gift but got little help. I'm actually going to my local Best Buy tomorrow to see what they can do. I'm very unhappy!!!

It was not easy to navigate songs, and didn't allow me to customize playlists. So all my songs were pretty much just lumped into one folder. It does allow 4 playlists, but it's super tedious to go through all the songs on it to send them to a playlist folder, rather than just letting me upload playlists from my computer directly to it. Because of this hassle, I ended up returning it and just going with an ipod.

It's ok I couldn't figured how to use it but over all its good

Unit worked fine for a while,but I was mowing about 2 months after I got it and it shorted out from my perspiration.Received no response from the manufacturer about this. I would recommend a waterproof case if you are a jogger or other exercise enthusiast

This product is not user friendly. It feels clumsy to maneuver.

have not used this item yet .It was a gift for my wife for christmas

I had good experiences in the past but this one wouldn't connect to my computer after its initial loading. The website indicates this can happen and that I could send back for a replacement but who has time to go through that hassle and reload all the music again.

This device works well, but it feels very flimsy and cheap.

I bought this in hopes of using it for my razor and my boat. For some reason I am having a very difficult time downloading music on to it hopefully this changes and I will be able to use it but as of right now I am not very impressed

It works ok for the money , but not real good sound .

Seems like a nice little player until it stops working. My mac no longer recognizes this thing. There is no icon or any indication of the player whatsoever. I am stuck with the first music I put on it. It has never worked again. There is little in the way of product support. I would have followed their suggestions if only those options were available. What a disappointment. Manufacturer should be embarrassed.
