Doesn't pick up radio stations to good .....................

Serves its purpose, no bells or whistles (very basIc)

It was ok it was to small and hard to understand .

There isn't a feature where you can record on FM radio.

Very disappointed this does not support all music.

Purchased this to replace an iPod nano. Found that getting music onto it wasn’t simple and it didn’t want to connect via Bluetooth to most of my devices. Probably not the manufacturer’s fault that it doesn’t work with iTunes, but a hassle none the less.

My husband has had 2 of these clipon sandisks that have worked well for music, taped lectures and NPR. We got one for me but unfortunately, it was defective and kept freezing and did not play. Had to return it. Return service was efficient.

Does not keep place in playlist or Fast FWd/Reverse

It will not accept certain MP3 files, and then accepts others. I can't locate certain music on the player after I have found it on the WMP - changed it's name and still remains lost. I have had it less than a month.

I bought this to replace an old IPOD touch that I used in my truck with Microsoft sync. If you want to do that, do not buy this. It does not work with a USB cable as an Ipod does, nor did it link with bluetooth. It failed on 3 separate attempts to link. I do not recommend using this for bluetooth with a vehicle.

Misleading advertising. Purchased this specifically so my daughter can listen to music while swimming laps. States in the online Best Buy description that can be used while swimming as long as it is not in salt water (i.e., chlorine pools ok). A closer look at the booklet in small font states it cannot be submerged in water at all. So, which is it? Will be returning it for a mp3 that is confirmed to be waterproof.

Bluetooth only pairs very occasionally; will not load new music (skips "transfer" and proceeds to "charging" even when using the provided USB cable, and I've tried 4 different computers); screen scratches far too easily; poor battery life. After owning at least a dozen music players, including the rock-solid original Sansa Clip, this pathetic lemon can't even compare to off-brand dollar store items. Absolutely appalling that SanDisk put their name on this.

The product is easy to use, but I was not happy at all. The music kept cutting out when it moved. Sounded like a skipping CD. I tried different things to see if it was this or the ear phones. It was the player.

I had to return this horrible MP3 playing. The body is cheap, the menu navigation is really bad and the sound is poor to say the least. My old SanDisk Fuze Plus MP3 player i had since about 2010 was better than this garbage in literally every way. Unfortunately the headphone jack compartment on my old player is damage. Anyway, i'm looking for a MP3 player as good as my old Fuze Plus and i don't think SanDisk is where i'm going to find it.

Product worked fine for about 45 days. Two weeks after the return deadline the MP3 player quit working. Since I did not buy the Best Buy warranty I am now dealing with SanDisk to replace it. What a hassle.

I bought this for my 11 year old grandson, but he prefers to use my phone for music, so it was not really worth it. I guess I am just old school.

Hoping this model was like my prior model but made ali cheaper! The higher mb Sansa player was better and more reliable. Will not buy again- cheaply made!

this one stopped working a week ago I don't know why I had to go back in to the store and exchange it for another one. I have not yet opened this second one.

These come with scratched screens because Western Digital stopped covering the screen with a protector during packaging.
