I've been looking for an MP3 player that will connect with my Bluetooth headphones, as wired headphones drive me crazy when running. This was the perfect solution at a great price. I had no problem's transferring over my playlists from iTunes, and I was thrilled when discovered that I could also transfer over my podcasts. Bluetooth headphones (which are not provided with player) connect easily and so far the connection seems stable. The sound quality isn't great, and I don't know how well it will manage over the long-term, but for $60 I don't expect top-notch sound. And this is by far the best option for a small MP3 player that provides multiple options. The player is about twice the size of a iPod shuffle, and is heavier, but it also comes with a clip as well.

This is a useless product, I cannot get music or anything to download, it is small and easy to carry but no use in carrying something that does not work.

I wanted a simple Blue tooth enabled media player for the gym. This was cheap so I figured why not. Long story short--device stopped communicating with my MacBook entirely after 2 works of moderate use. Secondly, the user interface is primitive. The blue tooth signal is also finicky. I ended up returning it and buying an iPod nano.

Great little player but doesn't hold a charge. Being connected via BlueTooth drains the battery very quickly.

These work good for a year then nothing. This is my second Sandisk mp3 player that only lasted a year. Poor quality.

Great player except the connectivity via Bluetooth (Why I bought it) is poor. Would not connect with Beats Studio Wireless. Would work with older wireless speakers. Upgraded firmware. No benefit.

Could not get device to sync while other devices I had would sync. I gave it two stars sice I may not be the best at tech but I get by where others may have done better with this device.

We bought this for my son to use to listen to audiobooks. The user interface is clunky, and it does not interface with iTunes. We haven’t been able to use it at all.

Owned this little jewel for aprrox 2 months and apparently if you wear it while sweating (working out, running ) it will simply die on you. Not really a quality item.

Instantly saw it doesn't recognize podcasts as podcasts when transferring using WMP. Once moved into the podcasts folder, saw it doesn't have variable speed. Tried updating firmware, and it failed, first leading to the computer not recognizing it as an mp3 player vs. a regular storage drive, and eventually not powering on at all. Exchanged it for a more basic Sandisk MP3 player. Bluetooth isn't really necessary for something small like this; I can play off bluetooth from my phone.

Very Very poor craftsmanship. Nonsensical user interface. very very poor sound quality ie digital artifacts and smearing. Can’t believe a company with SanDisk’s reputation ie SD cards, released this item on the public. The options are few and much more expensive in most cases. Be done with it and buy an iPod Touch. It’s 1000x better but 4 times as expensive.

We purchased this and a pair of JBL Bluetooth earphones to use together. The MP3 wouldn't pair with the earpiece. Exchanged this one and the new one did the same thing, would locate them but wouldn't pair. The Bluetooth worked great with everything else we own. Ordered a no name MP3 from Amazon that looks the same and the earphones worked instantly with it.

So you need an Mp3 player? I bought this one specifically because it is supposed to display album art. Unless I missed something. It is not for a person without any knowledge of how to get the music from your computer to the MP3 player. No software at all. Expects you to use media player. I bought two one red and one blue and would have returned it and bought a cheaper product but needed to send the kids with them to camp.

The sound quality is fair for the price. Id pass on the display and buttons tho. But what do you expect for such a low price.

Music menu is not as good as I'd like. The menu select button and power are the same just duration. Sometimes you turn your device off.

I've had previous generations of this and this was the worst. No micro sd slot, and bluetooth would not stay connected at all.

I wouldn't buy this again the bluetooth is hard to get going menus are confusing instructions are poor not very happy

Could not download music was not compatible with a lot of things not satisfied and returned it to the store

My boyfriend wanted this for an easy way to kisten to music at the gym. He did not like it and returned.

j bought this 16mb mp3 player to replace a player that was 8mb, purchased 4 years ago. I am not happy with this 16mb unit. It is difficult to power on and it will NOT hold a charge. The item arrived in record time and I was pleased to order from Best Buy, I have taken EXCELLENT care of the mp3 player, so perhaps I received a lemon.
