Bought this product to pair it with my beats headphones no use not compatible brought product back to best buy and bought a new iPod instead

I purchased this thru Best Buy for my 11 y/o for Christmas. I will be getting me one now too. This little thing is beyond my expectations! Extremely easy to use, incredibly easy to download songs (I use iTunes)- I'm saying as soon as I drag an album off of iTunes and drop into playlist BAM! it's instantly loaded! The FM radio is crystal clear inside my home, any channel I select (and I live in a ruralesque area). The weight is almost nonexistent-I can clip it to my collar and you barely can tell it's there. My daughter has been using it riding her bike and roller skating with no glitch-using her wireless headphones!! absolutely beats using an iPod or cell phone hands down!! I CANNOT wait til mine gets here!!

this product was bought because I couldnt find my old san disk so i purchased this one well it worked for awhile but then it wouldnt bluetooth to any of my things so I threw it out it doesnt even compare to its predecessor this is a plastic piece of junk, Do not buy this even tho its so inexpensive. Again I would not buy this product.

Was disappointed when I found out the bluetooth feature DOES NOT support the FM radio feature. That is why I purchased it. Very disappointed.

This is not a good item for music. Low volume output.

If you try charging it while it's already on it freezes up and then you have to wait for it to completely lose all power before you can charge it again. Also if charging via pc it automatically tries to transfer files regardless of whether media player is open or not also causing it to lock up. You're supposed to be able to reset but that doesn't work either. I've bought two of these and had exact same problems with both. DO NOT BUY!

Easy to transfer music using the itunes format. Sadly I cannot get a clean and heavy bass sound even with an upgrade to a better headset.

Purchased wireless earbuds. Was seeking a Bluetooth music device. Apple no longer makes small iPods for exercising. This was my only option unless purchasing an Apple Watch. The scan disc had poor sound quality and the music skipped during play. I returned the product and purchased an Apple Watch which I love

This little guy is not for everyone. If you don't care about cons, then you will have a hard time finding a better MP3 player. Cons: * No expandable storage. Although 16GB is plenty for me. Not that hard to refresh the whole library every once in a while * Battery life is not great in Bluetooth mode (6-7 hours) * Integrated clip is mostly plastic and will likely break if you are not careful. * Appears to be older Bluetooth version (under v4), which is probably the reason for the issue above. Need confirmation. * A little expensive, considering that you can buy smartphone for the same price. On the other hand it will definitely last 5+ years. * Battery is not replaceable, but I'm sure it can be replaced with some tinkering. * Probably will never work with rockbox * Does not have carrying case. Just use an old case for glasses. Pros: * Drag and drop to add music. No bull**** requiring special software or syncing. * Convenient size. It might seem a little big (1.5" long) but that is the price for ruggedness and screen. * Solid build. Does not feel cheap and built like a tank that will survive anything you throw at it. Plastic cover around screen is curved to handle more pressure. * Has a reasonably sized screen. Low resolution, but you are not buying it to watch videos. * Skip songs with a single button press, even when screen goes off. * Water resistant IPX5. Could be better, but not planning to swim with it. * Decent menu and controls. Had to show my retired mother how to use it only twice, which is quite an achievement ;) * FM radio is a nice bonus. You'll be surprised how many radio stations out there and how fun they can be. * Came with a set of flat cable headphones. Not that good quality but great for a backup. * Has stop watch and timer that can be saved * Latest firmware has Audible (.aax) support There is also a pretty big manual available, which has more info about locking screen and other features.

Very disappointed Not simple to operate You have to go online to get the manual Very limited on information I also had issues trying to use my Bluetooth wireless headset to listen to the radio. I was able to pair it I ended up returning it after a couple of days

This mp3 player is a good value for the money, but it's operation is anything but user friendly.

I am technically challenged, and this was hard for me to figure out. Someone younger would probably have no problem.

I already had a Sandisk MP3 player but bought this one for the bluetooth function to lose the headphone tether. It works with some BT devices but not all (Insignia BT rugged speaker is one it doesn't play nice with), so be forewarned. It does work with my LG bluetooth earbuds and there is an aux port so it's still all good. I have over 400 songs on my little player, some over an hour long, and there's still space left for when I want to add more. Has never had an issue playing when it's charged up. Battery is still good, plays over 8 hours on a charge. When it dies I hook it to the charger and it's always full by the time I go back to it later in the day although I haven't timed it. Buttons still working great. Deducted one star because - despite the fact the item's name literally includes the word "clip" - the clip on the back became unusable very early on with minimal use of said clip; it's just cheaply made. Not a deal breaker, it still *easily* fits in a pocket. But since it's a main feature that broke, it gets dinged one star. Even on sale, it's expensive enough that everything on it should last over a year. Here's hoping it lasts another three years or more.

The screen is really really small and is very difficult to see

1. There was a lot of data on the device already, hence this product was probably a used item. 2. I went to the Scandisk website. The instructions were relatively easy. I cannot get it to work. Maybe it's me or could be my laptop. I had windows 8. The OS was replaced with windows 10 so a few functions no longer work 3. Regardless of the reason I am disappointed in the product.

Bluetooth connects to my monster boombox just fine. But will not connect to my Beats headset or my UE Mega boom speakers.

Not user friendly. Player is too small. The controls,are too difficult to use or understand. Would not recommend

I bought this product recently. I connected to Bluetooth to my beats wireless earphones and I don’t hear any sound. When I connect to aux then I can hear the sound on both my wireless and wired earphones..that’s the worst part. Unfortunately I opened this product after a month I bought and there is no way that I can return this product.

This is just what I needed for my 10 year old that loves music!

Screen quality is very poor and cheap. Got all scratched up after only half honor in my pocket. Also battery life is not good.
