This format has to be created with Windows Media Player. I have a Mac. The description of the Player does not mention this and actually it does not list M3U files as files it can play.

Completely unable to perform the function that it was purchased for - bluetooth in the car. The player will keep playing music but the bluetooth will shut off for no reason. I don't know if the headphone jack works great or not as it was never used.

If you use Windows and want to listen to playlists on the Clip Sport Plus, you need to jump through many hoops to create them in a format that the Clip Sport Plus will accept. Very disappointing given that previous SanDisk products I owned had no such issue.

Other devices (my iPhone) worked well. This MP3 player rarely connected, even when I held it inches from the speaker it rarely connected. When it did connect, it lost connection within a few minutes. I returned it. Don't buy it

It would not pare with my 2018 F-150. The headphone jack shorts in and out, and the battery has trouble making it through 2hrs use before needing recharging. I am headed back to Best Buy to return this Lemon.

I’ve bought at least 8 of these over the years and this one is by far the worst. While charging it won’t even allow me to play music. I would rate the others I’ve purchased from three to five stars. This one has been a big paper clip.

Music was jumbled around could not get it in correct sequence. Also, music was copied over in duplicate, could never get that snag figured out as to why duplications were happening
