Not very good. The UI is terrible and won't last you very long. Mine popped up a "bluetooth error" and now won't pair with any device. I reset it and updated the firmware with no luck. Get something better, this thing is a waste.

Did not connect to the Bluetooth in my car and it's a benez 2016 Hard to create playlist I did on my laptop but it didn't transfer on the SanDisk. I can go on and on don't waste your money like I did.

These are absolutely hot trash.. don't bother wasting your time you will only end up returning it. I bought two of them and both the buttons or screen would lock up permanently thus rendering these cheap little plastic things useless.

My son had this product for four days and the back clip fell off in his hand. Two weeks after that the headset ear buds broke. I buy SanDisk products because of their quality and reliability but this player is cheaply made.

This is the 2nd one of these I've purchased. And each one stopped working after several months. Will not buy this again! Piece of Cr$@.

Don’t waste your money if you want to use Bluetooth headset. Also be sure to return it within 14 Days instead of the normal 30. Best Buy would not refund me even though it is defective. I will not be shopping there any more.

This product stinks, especially for the price. It constantly disconnects from Bluetooth and it’s range for Bluetooth is terrible. I can’t even put it in a hoodie pocket without it disconnecting. So disappointed.

I am a big fan of Sansa, using their wired player for years now while running. Unfortunately this could not connect with Beats wireless headphones by Dr Dre, ended up returning this.

iPod is simply better in every way. If you want to use this in your car, you'll need to buy multiple adaptors to get it to work...unlike iPod that goes directly into your USB.

Don't even bother of you plan on trying to use bluetooth. It uses very old briefings and cannot be upgraded and will not connect to meet versions of bluetooth.

My Sandisk MP3 player charged up initially but it charged up less and less each time. It failed just about 20 days after purchase. Best Buy only warrants purchases up to 15 days! I was out $60.00!

This thing is a total piece of crap. The guy at Best Buy told me iTunes would recognize it- it doesn't. It's not convenient, and it doesn't even play one of the channels most of the time. Steer clear...

Lasted only about three weeks before it quit working.

As soon as I added music it would freeze. Could only turn it on and off. Tried deleting everything off and re-adding a few times and the same thing happened. It’s junk

Had it for a few weeks. Loaded the first time just fine. Went to add more music and it will not show up on the same computer. Tried other devices and cords. Looking for my receipt when I saw this to review it.

Getting music on the device was simple, but the Bluetooth option is bad. took several times to connect, other Bluetooth devices on the other side of the house overpowered it. Kept dropping out during workouts.

The MP3 was for my hub who does not really use the latest tech... There were downloads already on this that were 5 years old... So we will be returning this item

It was a lot smaller then what I was expecting. It was so small I could not use it, and I have what a lot of people call piano fingers.

After reading the instructions many times, going online to find out how to transfer a playlist, neither my son nor I were able to transfer my playlist. A totally useless item.

The sound is good, but for the buttons are a bit hard to use and they do not respond easily. Need to press a bit harder before it would work. I decided to return it before I break it.
