This is a decent player, but I have had one expected and one unexpected problem. The expected problem is that the player cannot play from an imported "playlist" file. Instead of me choosing the order of playback, I end up defaulting to "alphabetical" song title order. That works fine. The unexpected problem is that the "Folder.jpg" cover art in my music folders is not displayed consistently. Sometimes it works. Other times it does not. As far as Bluetooth goes, I had no problem pairing with and using a set of Bluetooth speakers with this unit. A 3.5mm plug is also provided if you prefer it.

This player is pretty basic. For the price point (approx 50) I'd expect a bit more. Perhaps an anti- scratch screen or some sort of protective plastic screen cover. Also- the menus look like they were designed with a ten year old in mind- all rainbow colors- and a bit obnoxious. No settings to change that. Otherwise- it holds about 4000 songs- no expansion and tunes well to local radio stations. The screen is grainy- and scratches quite easily. The included headphones don't have a volume adjustment button and seem to have a shorter cord than any other standard set- though they do come with several sizes of "bud" parts to make them fit more comfortably. They are very comfortable. Upside- the unit and headphones do offer great sound. If I could go back- I'd do more research and not just buy this one because I wanted to replace my old one in a hurry.

So-So sound. Easy to use. Got the memory I needed but seems sort of below average device. Guess for the price it will do.

I bought this ON SALE because I wanted an affordable basic MP3 player with Bluetooth to use while I am at home. This model fit my needs. With today's battery technology, I was VERY surprised I had to CONDITION (fully charge, fully discharge, fully charge) the battery in order to get the advertised long battery life. It pairs with up to 3 Bluetooth devices. I wish there was a DELETE option for the list of paired devices. You CANNOT just delete a device from the list, which is ANNOYING. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to wake it up from deep sleep mode and my older Bluetooth headphones require a manual connection (go into the Bluetooth settings, find the older headphone, and choose it). The sound quality is fine for non-audiophiles. If you are picky about sound quality, this is NOT for you. This is a good MP3 player for someone who wants a BASIC MP3 player with Bluetooth.

Compact size, easy to use and within my price point

I am not sure if I’m the only one in the world that uses these still, but I do. I spent a little more on the Sport because it has Bluetooth. I haven’t tried that yet, but what I like about this is the ease of use. So, easy to download stuff on them and just plain simple. The screen seems more prone to scratches than the smaller version. Otherwise, just fine for my purposes.

Small reasonably priced for my grandson. He will use it with a chrome book and wants to download music. Did not want to rely on itunes with apple products.

This player is the perfect size. The sound quality is excellent. Has lots of qualities needed when wanting all your music with you and not having to use your phone. Also has a belt clip nice extra.

I love it. It is compact. Easy to use. Can be used with Bluetooth or Audio input jack. Great sound. Battery lasts several hours.

I’m someone who does not like to use my phone to steam music to a wireless speaker. So I bought this MP3 player that is capable of streaming my playlist to my wireless speaker. It also tunes to radio. It saves the battery on my phone and leaves it free so I can answer calls. Overall this is a win for me.

The SanDisk - Clip Sport Plus 16GB* MP3 Player - Black is a great little music player. It is compact and has a convenient clip that holds it in place. Very good sound quality.

Great item for a work-out. Can be carried anywhere, and nothing heavy like the old type of mp3 players. No more wired earphones when using Bluetooth enables earphone/headphones.

Excellent sound quality, long battery life and easy to learn functionality

little with a lot going for it. great sound, great price. small enough to fit in a purse or bag. three sizes of earplugs for great fit. have bought 3 and everyone loves them.

I wanted something small, easy to use, that would allow me to put a bunch of songs on. This was the one! Bluetooth is a bonus. I use it for exercise on physical therapy equipment. It works great. It is not complicated to use, but I can't see the controls when it is clipped to my sweats. If I continue to use it that issue will resolve. Puts out great sound!

I owned and enjoyed a smaller Sandisk Clip with 8GB SD mini memory card for years. I wanted to order another since I put a small crack in its display, even though it still worked fine. However, this older clip was no longer in production. I bought this newer clip sport plus player as a replacement. It is a little larger than I wanted. It is still small compared to others. The buttons are a little ackward since I use it during dark hours by feel. I find myself holding down a back button that is too close to a reverse button. If I hold the back button too long, it locks out all button selection as it was designed to do. It is easy to unlock, but it is taking time for me to get use to the slight button changes. I had less problem with the previous model. Since the original smaller clip had fair to less than fair radio reception, I hoped the larger unit would have improved reception, but it has no better. The newer clip lacked some less important features found on the original clip. the newer one does not have a clock, bit rate on podcasts, or voice recording. It is still easy to use with drag and drop and menu listings that are easy from your computer. I expect all operations will eventually become familiar to me, like any device. The menu and general operations are easy to follow. This device has new features: sport stopwatch and timer.

I enjoy the size of the MP3 player, and the sound quality is amazing!! I listen on my way to work, while exercising, and while doing household chores. Lightweight yet power packed!

I have only owned I PODS before this and I have to say that I was very impressed by the sound quality of this very inexpensive unit. Of course the I PODS had a few more features but they cost 3 to 4 times more. I just needed something to listen to while riding my mountain bike. Great product!
