Getting it to accept the media files took a little figuring out but once that was figured out it works great

Good product for the value, it worked great and had no problem I using it.

I previously had an iPod to listen to music. I was hesitant to replace it but am so glad I did. The SanDisk is easy to download music to and easy to use. Small, light weight, and easy to clip or carry. I’m very happy with it.

Works great ! Ware it at the gym all the time. It's so small, it clips and stays to almost anything. Super easy to transfer media. Bluetooth works perfect. I would highly recommend one.

Some players allow you to download playlists from streaming services such as Amazon Music and Spotify. This player only allows you to load individual music files that you own. We decided to spend more money for a better quality player that will allow us to download playlists from our streaming services.

because I don't know enough about MP3 players I thought this would work for me to do the same function as my iPod. Wasn't easy for me to download music. The 2 songs that came with it worked great. I returned it. Probably a great device if you know what you are doing.

Easy to use and connect to speakers. The only thing bad is the earbuds have to be connected for the radio to work could so you have a delay in sound if you want to use speakers to listen to the radio.

Yeah, the storage is nice compared to other MP3s and I personally like the design and its compact nature, but it has some problems. The one I got had rigid buttons (especially the volume controls) that were difficult to use cause you really had to push them in for them to work. The sound quality and equalizer might be a little better than it was for my really old Clip Sport, but it's still nowhere as good as it was for my IPod Shuffle. The volume jumps around from song to song (so you can go from playing a song at high volume cause it's too quiet to the next song being way too loud). The Bluetooth feature didn't seem to work for me, as it couldn't detect any devices (and there were plenty it could have found) and would just stop searching after a little bit. I also noticed this weird glitch while I'm playing music, where this menu I've never seen before comes up briefly and then blinks away (before I can even read what it says), taking me back to my track which then starts all over from the beginning. Probably suitable for those who want the bare minimum out of an MP3, and who don't mind playing around with the buttons pretty often.

good device,continous music playing..only thing is the bluetooth it is not working with airpod pro.

Would not see my Skull Candy ear buds, nor my Sony headphones to pair up the bluetooth. Bought a pait of JBL headphones and those paired up just fine. Returned the Sony headphones to Best Buy, as they cost $350. This MP3 player has big time storage capacity. The little waterproof rubber hatch to the charging port fell off almost right away. I saved it so some day, when I have the time, maybe I can figure out how to reinstall it.

This is a good little mp3 player. It paired well with my blue tooth sound system and can be used with ear phones. Small in size but decent in sound quality

it's great item with lots of space. I will be buying more soon!

If we could only get it not to shuffle the albums then it would be perfect.

This is my 4th or 5th Sandisk MP3/MP4 player...take it to the gym or when I am walking. Like the size as it is less bulky than a Apple phone. Holds a lot of music and is easy to wear.

Such an amazing little device! I use this to tune out from my other devices, use this as my meditation and sleep player :D

Sometimes hard to see info. Menu is not always easy to navigate.

It works and I bought it at Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy for selling it
