It doesnt use the track info to play songs in the correct order...all my albums have the songs listed alphabetically! Not the end of the world, but certainly not what I signed up for.

This is a great device. I say go for it. It is is good.

Not easy to download music from my phone or computer.

Mine might have been defective because once you pause then press play to continue listening to the music or podcast you put on there it goes to the next song. Also there was no time on the I received.

I bought this under a recommendation when my new purchase CD player wouldn't work and couldn't be fixed. It might be me, but it wouldn't connect to my computer to download my music. Tried for three days but no go.

Horrible product. Just bought it for a few weeks, the mp3 player failed to communicate with any of my computer. I cannot put any music on it at all. Was too busy to try it out after buying and also missed the return window by a few days. Went to the store and was refused assistance and directed to the manufacturer instead. Trying to contact the manufacturer. Will update additional information in regards to their resolution. Not recommend at all. Very upset as I literary threw almost $65 out of the window.

It looks like a cheap product but costs too much. The bluetooth volume is very low compared to wired headphone. The radio plays only with wired mode..radio channels cant be changed with ease. Overall this should priced maximum 20$ instead of 59$. We can buy a new android phone in less than 50$..I am returning..

The earphones only work on one side and that is even if you use the earphones that came with it. I had bought a previous version of this and had no issues like this. But if you fully insert the earphones’ prong the right side or right earphone does not produce any sound. I paid way too much for it to do this garbage. I will not be recommending this product or anything related to this from Best Buy to anyone. I will make sure people understand Best Buy overcharges and overprices their products that do not meet expectations and standards of use!

The blue tooth version has very low volume when paired with a blue tooth device. Buy the non blue tooyh mp3. It is about $10 cheaper.

This device will not activate in Audible. Consequently you cannot play any Audible audio books. There is no fix. Came with a scratched up screen. Kind of a clunky interface. I would spend a little more for something of better quality.

This thing ROCKS! for a cheap little player, sound quality is great ! easy to download. wired headphones that come with it are good and it connects to my blue tooth headphones, only draw is cant get it to connect to car blue tooth and wish it had a case

I had this (inappropriate language) for 5 months! Ok, the player is good for holding and playing my music. I don't have a problem with that. My problem is, the "clip" mechanism is freaking fragile! I listen to music while on my treadmill at home. When I'm done with my run I place the player in a holder on my treadmill. That's the extent of the use.

If you want something easy to sync with windows, not itunes or zune Microsoft software.this is it.it holds alot of music,I have over 300 CDs and still going.its small and don't have to lug around a big player.and it's quality is great.dont buy off brand from Amazon,they won't last.i love this thing

Touch pad stopped functioning after a few months. At least the ear pods are good.

This item’s Bluetooth drops sporadically otherwise I like it.

Returning Blue tooth did'nt work for 2 different sets of ear buds.

needs improvement-returned would'nt work on setup download.

Do not know if it works right. The one I got was scratched on the face and will not let me load anything on it. I think the device was pre-owned and sold as new.
