Great Storage, But...

I like the storage capacity but my biggest complaint is that if I add too many (think more than three) audiobooks at once, when I unplug it from my computer, it gets stuck on "Refreshing Your Media" . I've had it turned off for the last four days and it's STILL stuck in the same spot. The only way to get it to work again is to delete all the files and start over. It shouldn't take all of this!

Ok, until stopped working after 3 months - useless

Today the unit would not power on at all, even after fully charging. The unit was actually a replacement for one that did the exact same thing I bought elsewhere. That prior unit showed signs of stuff going bad. This one just sort of stopped working with out warning. Now I am stuck either having to find a new one from another brand (ScanDisk has lost my business) or using my phone for music.

Somehow it speeds up a song,too. Very difficult to use the earphone jack. All I get is static, no music. Tried two jacks and they do not fit into the opening all the way. I would return it, but Best Buy says return only good for 14 days. It is day 19. Not real happy customers
