This SanDisk Sansa mp3 player is the third one I've owned (my second Sansa Clip). I love the "drag & drop" feature that you can use to put your music, books and pictures on the player. I find it extremely easy to use, love the fact that you can expand the memory if necessary, the awesome FM radio feature which is perfect for the gym and tuning into whatever show you may want to watch while working out on the elliptical or treadmill and most importantly it has wonderful sound! The forced retirement of my last SanDisk was completely my fault (as well as its predecessors). I dropped the last one and then ran it over with my car. Amazingly it STILL WORKS. Unfortunately the screen didn't do as well as the rest of the player and it is completely toast. Surprisingly there isn't even any jagged edges!

Had this for over a year. Use it at the gym, walking and listening to audiobooks in the car. Holds a ton of music with the sd card Great for downloading library books. And I don't need to run down my phone battery.

after downloading my songs--the first time i needed to charge it--it wouldn't take a charge--exchanged it for a new one and had to download all over again

Anyone looking for just a basic MP3 player should look no further. Thought this would be flimsy, but its not at all. Very very small, less than 1/2 the size of a cell phone. Love the fact the shuffle jumps around 40 - 50 songs at a time. Battery life is great, the display is good for the size. I would recommend this product and buy another.

We had to return this because after charging it, it did not work. Also, it was very flimsy and probably wouldn't have lasted very long if it DID work. Waste of time!

This is third one in the last two months. It states that the battery life is 25 hours but I'm lucky to get nine hours while I work my ten day.

I bought my first SanDisk Sansa Clip-Zip tonight. I was tired of running at the gym with a bulky Ipod 120G in my pocket. I wanted to get the Ipod Nano, but for the high price and the fact that it doesn't have extra memory microSD card option like this Clip-Zip...I went with SanDisk. I am very pleased. So easy to use. I literally took it home, plugged it in to my Apple computer,. right away an icon of device popped up on my desktop. Went and opened up I-tunes. and just had to click and drag songs onto the icon symbol of device and songs automatically were copied and saved into my device. Yes this is I-Tunes compatible and able to be used with the Apple. No special hoops to jump through,. Made simple to add music. It does come with disk, which I did not use. I did not want to use Rhapsidy music store, nor wanted to be a temporary member to use the $10.00 free music it comes with. I-tunes is all you need and thats all I can say. Hope this helps any one, who is looking for MP3 player, without the hype of the I-pad Nano. Oh and get a case or clear skin to go on screen, I've read up and people say the screen is easily able to be scratched. just as a precaution I got a clear screen shield for it. Would buy another one, if my wife wanted one.

It worst mp3 player I ever brougjt. It doesn't turn off when charging. The music I sounds bad.

I returned this item because it was not user friendly and ultimately could not use it for either applications that I wanted it for.

I have bought two. Returned the first one for a exchange. Unable to get either one to work! Embarrassed to admit I can't get them to work.

Bought this mp3 to take to the gym. It has a good quality, and the clip is really helpful. also, it has an excellent price.

I had to return this. It got stuck on the charging screen after it was fully charged and would not do anything else.

Radio unusable at health club, which is where I wanted to use it. Don't know about MP3 function since not why I purchased it.

Quit charging after less then 30 days. Of course it was past the 15 days Best Buy gives you for returns.

LOVE this mp3 player! The buttons are easy to use, downloading music is a breeze and holds alot of music. When I saw it shows what song and artist is playing when on radio mode..made it even better!! Now when I hear a song I like I can see who sings it to download online. I use it in the car with my cord that plays it on my car speakers and the layout of the player makes it easy to change the song w/out having to take my eyes off the road. The clip is great and allows me to wear my player on my shirt or pants pocket and not have to worry about it falling out. I have to have my music while doing housework and the gym so makes it easier than then old armband I used to have with my old player.

This MP3 player has chronic charging problems. When plugged in doesn't start or stops in halfway

I would not recommend this product. I would pay the extra money and get a name brand that is more reliable.

I purchased the Sandisk to replace an Eclipse player that stopped working after only a few months (as well as the replacement Eclipse). The Sandisk is easy to load MP3s, play and manipulate. I use it a lot while working outside, & it's easy to operate. The battery life is very good, easily lasting over long distance flights. Since the Sandisk is much cheaper than an Apple product, I'm very satisfied.

I uploaded my music and it was all garbled. Returned it to the store. I id not want another one.
