Great idea, but not very intuitive and slow. Confusing to use.

I like that I can stream 3 devices at once very handy for children

3 days of downloading for 3k photos. Couldn’t be any slower.

I chose this one over the USB made for Apple because it has more space and cheaper. So far I have been unable to use it because it is not user friendly and frustrating. Will try again as my phone is running out of space.

Works as intended. This is a very handy item to have.

I brought it back to the Geek Squad and although they were nice and helpful when I got home I could not get it to work properly. My wifi was on and it was charged overnight but nothing. Think I will bring it back.

I did my research and it seemed like the wireless flash drive would be able to meet me need to save my iPhone pics allowing me to create more space in my phone. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful. =(

The drive is pretty much unusable as a wireless drive. Transferring more then one file at a time just hangs. I've formatted reached out to support, this just doesn't work.

Device is a great idea but has issues syncing. Instruction for use with the downloadable App did not resolve the Syncing issues I had with it. Was trying to use it to download pics from my Cell to the Memory Stick and was successful only some of the time. The unit has issues syncing and then trying to find the files is too difficult. Easier to Download via cord from phone to External Hard Drive, Which defeats the purpose of this product.

Application doesn't work properly, drive keeps disconnecting from device. Drive also did not recognize and connect to my home network. I spent hours on the phone with sandisk and they were not able to resolve the issue and kept telling me the issue was with my I-phone and router, but not with the drive. Not true, network is working and connected to all other devices and my phone as well. Drive is terrible! LoL!

Wanted to transfer pics from my iPhone. It worked for my wife's phone but not mine. It says good up to 3 devices. I returned it

I bought this to transfer documents, but i have only been able to transfer music or movies. Also, the WiFi connection is weak.

It works well for simple file copying. However, it seems to be lost when trying to copy the same folder multiple times.

I got this to increase space on my iPhone 6. The transfer is so slow. By the time this finishes transferring all of my pictures and videos, I'll be an old grandma. I'm currently in the process of formatting the drive so I can return it and it's slow at doing that also. I would recommend this to my worst enemy but nobody else. I would not buy again.
