Was advised to purchase drive when computer was being repaired by Geek Squad at Best Buy location in Florence to create backup for files in danger of being lost during repair activity.

I wanted a USB Drive so I could pass along some genealogy to a friend that I was helping to learn about his ancestors. He was extremely happy to get this information and also pictures.

I got this as a gift for my Mother In Law to back up her photos on her computer before I wiped her hard drive. This drive did the job. I always trust SanDisk memory with my backups.

Needed an extra flash drive quickly and at a great price, this fit the bill nicely. Transfer is fast and Sandisk is known brand, for the price I couldn't beat it in a pinch. Very handy and glad it was in stock.

I bought this when it was on sale and I've used to for files and movies. It works great for storing files, but if you transfer movies or large files it takes a long time compared to more expensive flash drives. Good for storing college papers though

I bought this drive when it was on sale at a very good price. Compared to other USB drives from other companies selling for this low price, this drive writes much faster (about 8 MB/sec vs. 3.5 MB/sec).

The SanDisk Cruzer is a great value for a few dollars. They come in varying memory sizes, perfect to keep several around for different reasons or projects. I think I have at least 5.

I gravitated to this deal because the capacity for the price was great and SanDisk makes quality products. I don't really like the sliding function versus just a cap on the connector, but it works just fine.

This is a really great buy for a product of this category. Best of all, it works. Hard to believe but every so often one of these little puppies fails to work. Thank you Best Buy!

I have used a lot of SanDisk products with no problems. I really like having the "slide out" feature rather than a cap. The eyelet for a key chain or lanyard is sturdier than that of many flash drives.

I bought this to my 11 year old for school and so far everything is working great. I also like the fact that the USB port is able to hide itself inside the casing so that it doesn't get any damage.

The value was terrific and the USB drive is encrypted which makes it that much better. Great for home closing/refinance documents or major office presentation (8GB) goes a long way.

Used this item to back up personal documents and photos from my laptop

I purchased this flash drive with the intention of taking the pictures off my daughter's computer and putting them on my computer. I used the flash drive as the intermediary. The idea worked perfectly. The flash drive worked as it should.

Great for creating bootable USB's and ISO's. Price was right as well

Does its job and retractable connector is a nice feature to protect the connector and to protect things around it from the metal corners. I prefer smaller form factor for infrequent use and this longer retractable style for more frequent insertion and removal.

I use this for my restore disc for my desktop no problems so far

Just one week and I can't read my files and also just got broke

This is a good for misc files but when it comes to videos and photos, the transfer speed from usb to computer is very slow. I would recomment to use this thumb drive for only files such as word, exel, pppt and pdf files but not for videos or photos due to slow transfer speed.
