This 8G thumb drive is perfect for recording family pictures and sending them to my brothers. It worked as described and retraction of the USB insert protests the device during shipping.

I needed a couple of these SanDisk flash drives for work and came across them at a good price at best but and bought them. Good device and good storage amount for what I needed them.

I had the 32GB model for a backup but wanted a smaller one for traveling. This worked fine for my needs.

I purchased both this drive as well as a PNY Compact Attache'. I loaded both drives with the same partition backup file. This Cruizer restored my 1.2GB partition in 6 minutes, whereas the PNY took 20 to perform the identical restore. I returned my unopened PNY's in exchange for 2 more of these speedies!

The drive is very durable and the sliding feature ensures that the end won't break. I'm glad that it was affordable and is easy to use. I only wish that the software that comes on it was in a folder.

Nice Pen Drive and does the job very well. I have been a big fan of SanDisk and it never failed me yet.

This reasonably priced flash drive is storing my teaching Powerpoint presentations. No compatibility problems. Retractable USB connector is a real plus since I use the flash drive all the time.

SanDisk - Cruzer 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive - Black was a good purchase to back up and/or carry some files.

I use SanDisk flash drives, and have never had a problem with their products. SanDisk = Quality, to me!

I purchased six of the San Disk 8GB Flash Drives as gifts (stocking stuffer) for Christmas. Filled them with goodies and received a wonderful response from the recipients. I don't believe most of them had an experience with a San Disk flash drive...and feel they made a good overall first impression.

Used this for my neighbor who loves playing music in her car, but doesn't have a computer (other than the one in her car!) Good price and reliable flash drive.

I always buy Sandisk flash drives and memory cards. This drive was a gift for my son, as his school assignments mean he's working on the computer and has to send files to school. I always rely on the Sandisk flash drives to keep his data and allow it to be transferred to his teacher's computers.

I bought this SanDisk USB Flashdrive because I've never had one fail me. As an "itinerant" teacher (without a home-base computer. I have to take my lessons with me to various classrooms. I've never had a _SanDisk_ flash drive fail. Other brands--not so lucky for me. So, I stay with this brand.

I like the slide of this Flash drive. Its sturdy and good size.
