This product worked great for a semester worth of college data, but an 8GB flash only lasts me a semester as I rely heavily on flash drives for storing presentations and lectures on. But for the low price it was well worth it for me to buy multiple 8 GB flash drives instead of a more expensive one with more GB storage.

You can always use and extra flash drive and with 8 g, you won't have to worry about having enough space.

used for backup of small files just in case, so far works great and plug and play compatibility has no problems.

The Sandisk Curzer 8GB is such a low price that it is no great loss if lost. You can give them to friends and relatives and not worry too much about them being returned since they cost only a few dollars each. The speed is adequate but not as fast as newer/more expensive flash drives.

Holds a lot of data. Very lightweight-pocket size.

The Sandisk Cruzer Glide flash drives have proven to be the most consistent performers for my team and me. We produce video and find Sandisk flash drives are a safe and dependable way to deliver finshed projects to our clients.

This drive has an internal locking mechanism that prevents it from sliding open in your pocket or closed when you're putting it into a computer. This keeps the interface out of the way when it's not needed, but prevents you from losing a detachable cap. A nice improvement on their earlier sliding USB drive designs.

Bought this for work as a replacement to run VMWare on. Only way this could be better is if it was USB 3.0.

It is fast nad many files can be saved. It is also handy for transferring files from one computer to another

This unit functioned as advertised. Worked fine for my application. I always format flash drives to remove any pre-installed files since I am using these drives for customer data storage.

USB 3 works faster than USB 2 but not as fast if it were USB 3 alone.Good to have for driver updates and so on.

This is a good, cheap, and fast 2.0 sandisk usb drive for files storage like pictures, videos and movies. =)

I am always afraid of losoing data because of a computer crash. This is quick and convenient way to store data.

I bought this on sale and that made it worth the price. Otherwise the plastic exterior and no cap over the end makes it feel a bit inexpensive.

Needed a flash drive to download the updated Entunes for my car. Worked well and download was a success.

I purchased this for my son to use at school and he liked it so much we went back and bought a second.

Nothing special about it. I use it for a ubuntu Bootable usb. It is a 2.0 usb. So 3.0 is the way to go.
