    Buyed 2 toshibas lap top,same model,returned both for haven the same problem,the mouse frozen up after the downloading of windows 10,than I buyed a lenovo that made me very happy,I think best buy should pressure manufactures to compromise with their products,what the chances to have two same brand and model purchased in different stores having the same exact problem?
