Inserted it in the USB drive, drivers were loaded immediately, copied the photos for safety reasons, and am good to go. Prices on these things have come down as they continue to make larger capacity drives. worked great

I have to push it very hard which is hard to do and I am afraid over time I will damage the USB or my printer USB slot. Once in, it does do it's job. This does not seem typical of other USB sticks I've used, including other cruzers. So perhaps this one is defective.

Usually last 2-3 years of heavy use (I'm an IT consultant); this one has lots of memory, but not sure I like the "slide"...I'll have to get back to you if it doesn't stand up to the wear'n'tear that is my professional life.

Very Misleading Packaging!

I bought this because it says quite clearly on the package, "USB 2.0/3.0 compatible". So I figured it was a 3.0. Well, no. It's only a 2.0. I wanted a 3.0, which I could have gotten for only $3 more.... Their packaging on this is VERY misleading. Now I have to go back to the store and get the one I thought I had already bought. =(

Good alternative if you've no external hard drive

I buy them for myself and as gifts for family and friends. If you do not have an external hard drive and don’t mind storying your files and pictures on multiple storage devices, you could do much worse than these bad boys. Once downloaded with files, they work well with any device (desktop, laptop, blu ray player, etc.). Even if I can’t get them on sale, the quality of this product is worth paying the regular price for.
