However, as you may have noticed, this device only operates at USB 2.0 speeds. This means painfully slow read/write times, though perhaps this is not necessarily a problem if your device does not have USB 3.0 ports.

Its default setting blocked me from transferring large files. I had to format it wuth proper setting s to make it accept my files. But no issues after things were set up properly.
