    This flash drive was to large for what I needed. I had to return it and get a smaller one. I also had to get a 2.0 USB flash drive. Not sure about the backwards compatibility on this flash drive.

    This was meant to be a "drive" attached to a TV, loaded with movies and pictures, and drawing very little power from the USB port. Unfortunately it is very slow when it is used to transfer data from one PC to another. The price was right though, so I am not complaining a lot.
