    After 3 weeks of using all of the sudden it would not plug into any USB port...checked end of thumbdrive and instead of seeing half of the plug open and half filled it was totally filled. Apparently a piece that was supposed to stay retracted when the plug was extended to insert in a usb port was now permanently extended not allowing the drive to plug into any usb. Contacted Sandisk and all they said was give me a link to a company that could recover the data......FOR $400 !!!!!!!! Which of course sandisk said they are not liable for....figures. Poor product, poor customer support.....

    Bought this item to store files for work. It is quick to load and holds a lot of memory. My only issue with it is that it doesn't have a cover to keep it free from dirt and pocket lint.
