Unfortunate with this drive

However since it did work initially I haven't given up hope and will attempt to access it via different computers. I wouldn't blame Best Buy unless several more encounter the same problem.

Very poor performance!

A friend of mine help me by rescuing the information. He said that the usb was an inferior product. I felt taken for a ride. You already have a photo of the item in question. Thank you very much.
