The sliding mechanism is very loose, and does not lock in place... so it kind of is a pain to store this flash drive or keep it plugged in.

The end part that goes into the computer bends easily and I am afraid I am going to lose all of my data. I think the LEXAR brand is better.

I retrieved about 15% of my photos and now it says it isn't there, or it can't transfer if it does find files. I am very upset about it. Thumbdrives should never be considered a backup. Now, does anyone know of a good program to try to retrieve the files?

Best Buy refused to issue a refund or replace the flash drive because it had been purchased more than 14 days ago!
