According to Task manager, it is getting >450 MB/s write speed and >500 MB/s read speed on win10 PC. ScanDisk warranty registration was problematic, which is a shame since the product itself is fantastic. I just hope this thing lasts longer than my old backup drives

Works good on One X

It works. Perfect example is the witcher 3. Almost no load time when fast traveling. Also very portable so will have no issues connecting to my series X which I copped today at Best Buy. Niceeee.

Great external SSD

These SSDs are excellent. The newer/faster model was around $30 more, but 500MBps is fast enough for just about anything. They are small and light. They also come with a USB-C to USB-A adapter, along with the USB-C cable, so you retain compatibility.

It cost more than the spinning disk but I watch for deals. I keep this one in my pack and don't worry about jostling around. I have 3 @ 1-TB and 2 @ 500-GB. I have tried a few brands (name brands on sale) and the SanDisk holds up well so far.
