For some reason on different devices. For some reason they lock and do not allow you to save to them. i have yet to get one to work on my Surfacebook and the other I had to download something called bit-locker and have to use a password every time.

I could not be assured that I had all of the associated parts. A few days before Christmas I had no time for a reorder. The clerks were rude and did nothing to resolve my concerns other than inform me of your 30 day return policy and of course your 15% restocking fee. Highly disappointed that I made the purchase from Best Buy. Oh, and the deal to light that was to have come with the Camera as part of the sales promotion has still not arrived and wont be here for Christmas. THIS WAS ORDERED IN NOVEMBER. The chip shipped and was recieved via the USPS without issue.
