These go on sale often enough you can slowly increase how many you have. Worth having the higher quality cards for faster writing and more reliability. For me having a DSLR with one SD card slot means I need to be as confident as I can the card won't be corrupted.

A lot of space on this card

The right speed kept up with my style of shooting photos. Buffer cleared quickly. Never missed a shot. I shot all evening on a Sony full frame camera and never filled the card. Even had room for a few video clips.
