    I had Bestbuy install extra memory while they had my laptop in for diagnostics. Laptop was an open box unit, which is probably because ocasionally it would shut off. The memory puchased worked flawlesy

    Love this thing if you have the slot in your laptop. Seems faster than normal usb access but could be wrong, however, it is great not to have to pull it in/out when you are mobile.
