    I installed this into my New 3DS, and it's great! I read somewhere that the bigger the capacity, the faster the load speed in the games, and I couldn't really notice because it was already fast enough. In any case there wasn't any hitch with installation. Just make sure you do things all in order and keep your battery full when transferring data on 3DS
